1. How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer three shipping options:

  • Economy Shipping (Free): Delivery time: 7–15 business days.
    Cost: Free.
    This is our default shipping method for all products.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery time: 6–12 business days.
    Cost: $9.95.
    This is ideal for those who prefer faster shipping with tracking.
  • Priority Fast Shipping (USA Warehouse): Delivery time: 3–8 business days.
    Cost: $14.95.
    This option is available only for products with stock in the U.S. and offers the quickest delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping! However, please note that delivery times and shipping fees may vary depending on the destination country.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders placed with Economy Shipping (Free) come with full tracking details. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

If you choose Standard Shipping or Priority Fast Shipping (USA Warehouse), you will also receive tracking information for your convenience.

4. How can I return or exchange an item?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for more details on how to start the process.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ezyinfinity.com. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you can initiate a return after receiving the item.

6. What if my item is damaged or defective?

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@ezyinfinity.com. Provide your order number and photos of the damage, and we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, free of charge.
